The role of a lifetime? or career poison? Who knows what lies ahead for the actor who lands the movie role of the kinky billionaire in the screen adaptation of E.L. James' bestselling trilogy which has sold 70 million copies worldwide.

Universal Pictures announced that Charlie Hunnam, the actor who had originally been set to play the lead, was dropping out of the adult romance and would not be taking on the role.

If Leonardo would play this role that would be great..but since he probably wont accept the role my next choice would have to totally be Alexander Skargard (Eric from True Blood) he is totally cool with sex scenes and I can see him being a little fifty...Scott Eastwood is not bad either he would make a good fit as well. Eric Winters is good looking as well, but I like Michael Pitt (Jimmy Darmody from Boardwalk Empire) he would be a good pick for this role as well (he was not on the list above) .

I could see Colin Egglesfield as Grey. I love Ryan Gosling in anything, but think that Finn Wittrock, Trent Ford, Rupert Friend, or another actor that doesn't have a big name in Hollywood could really make the part of Christian Grey his own.

I thought Charlie Hunnam was great choice. I love him on SOA. He is sexy and ha great sexy smile. The other person I thought great for the role is the the guy who plays Thor Chris Hemsworth.
