on Dec 14, 2015: My favorite way to exercise is Zumba! It is so much fun to dance your way to fitness with a wonderful group of people and great instructors. Once the music starts, you tend to forget you're actually exercising. Zumba has changed my life and keeps me fit.

The Winter Olympics Giveaway

on Feb 05, 2014: In the winter Olympics, it would have to be the US Hockey Team win. But if it's any Olympics, the first USA Dream Team Basketball games would have to be my favorite.
