I live in a rural area and have several little vegetable stands in my area. I love to stop and do my vegetable shopping. Our favorites are sauteed squash, onions and peppers. I also go to our towns farmers markets to get other vegetables. It is fun to shop and see what is available that week. …

As I get older, it seems that it is harder to fall asleep and also stay asleep through a good part of the night. I now take 3mg of melatonin at bedtime, use lavender scented lotion and read for about 30 minutes. That routine has helped me a lot.
