I feel bad that all of these apply to me.I'm trying to do better though.I've noticed that if I eat just what I need to without skipping meals I don't get the feel to do these. If I do I try to avoid bad foods and try to go for something a lil more healthy.
I've done all of those, but I am a big emotional eater! Eat a treat to celebrate, eat sweet & salty when I am PMS'ing or sad.
I agree. I had to read through and ask myself, which one of these do I do the most often, rather than which one of these do I do.
I've thrown it all out the window. I know I have awful eating habits! But nothing ever seems to make much of a difference. It's all about will power and control and I have neither! :(
All apply to me, while on the go a lot I find myself skipping meals then over indulging with bad options. Portion control is also an issue.
I have recently convinced myselft to end my bad eating habits because my weight is an issue for the first time in my life. I am so guilty of eating the wrong foods, we fry everything! I am also guilty of eating sweets that I crave after meals and try to sneak them so my husband doesn't see me. I feel so guilty!
Food is my quility pleasure!
I'm usually an emotional eater but I have been working harder to get off that track by eating healthier and stop when I feel full. I drink water by the gallon so that fills me up faster. When I'm PMS, it gets thrown out the door and I eat more super sweet foods because it's the PMS saying it and not me.
I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I rarely take the time to eat.
I am completely an emotional eater! I don't think there is any way to break that
