    I don't care what hour it is, if my stomach is grumbling with hunger-I eat! Life is too short to suffer needlessly!

    I don't eat breakfast, rarely eat lunch. I do nibble at things all day, so I'm never feeling hungry. My worst habit is to just grab leftovers from the fridge & eat them cold.

    All of them apply to me, but the fact that I surround myself with bad food probably doesn't help at all. Maybe if i got rid of the bad food and try to surround myself with good food then half the battle would we won!!

    Ever since my first child was born (in 1973), I have had trouble with waking up with actual hunger pangs every night. Between this and menopause I have gained over 50 pounds which I would like to take off. I would not describe myself as an emotional eater at all. In fact, when I am emotionally upset, I do not eat at all. All of this is complicated by a low thyroid program which I am constantly fightling with my doctor over re dosages.

    I don't go to bed til 2a.m. or later,as I read I snack on crackers, or home baked bread with cream cheese and peanut butter ,a yum yum snack,I don't wake up for breakfast,just lunch,nice life.

    I am continuely trying to improve my eating habits, and not eat when I feel bad. It's really a work in progress.

    Italian Artisan Bread...my big downfall. Use for sandwichs, toast, PB&J snacks, you name it. If I gave it up I would lose weight, I know....but it's SOOOO good!

    I am also addicted to LemonDrop Martinis. After work I head to Red Robin where the bartender makes the best LemonDrop on the planet! Luckily it's only 145 calories, or I would be 400 #s. I only have one mostly because driving after 2 would be stupid.
