LifeAFanOf::on Sep 03, 2013::This looks really good although I'm cautious about the alteration of flavor. A normal guacamole doesn't call for tomatoes of any kind, much less tomatillos, but I have a feeling the blend of Mexican flavors will work perfectly. I think I'll try this recipe exactly and then try it with a little less red onion, swap of the Serrano peppers for 1 jalapeno seeded and diced and a dash of lemon juice.
