I am not over weight, I am almost under weight. I eat while doing other things because I do good to even eat, I eat when I am not hungry just because I know I need to eat 3 meals a day. So I eat while at work doing my job in a business office---right at my desk. The foods I do eat are good foods and healthy choices, which is a PLUS. I like to eat good foods for my body, it actually makes me feel good about myself when I put good food in my body. I do indulge in an occasional bad food such as a rich desserts form time to time.
I am so the emotional eater but am working on it very hard. Instead of buying chips and stuff, I buy fruit and popcorn and also tootsie pops. LOL I have just recently lost 48 pounds on weight watchers on line and the tootsie pops I eat slow so late night I can eat one and by the time I am finished the cravings have gone and its only 2 points.
It is what it is, @ my age, not likely to change alot.
I have the terrible habit of eating way too fast.
I dont eat breakfast which I know is very important! I do snack when I get home from work at night only because its my time to unwind!!
I have a tendency to eat when I am at work. If I am working on a project that requires a lot ot time on the computer, I eat as a way to keep my focused.
A lot of times I'm too busy or too lazy to prepare breakfast for myself
As I've not worked now for almost 2 years, I find myself staying up way past midnight reading, watching late night TV and almost always snacking. Although I make an effort to snack on dried or fresh fruit, I sometimes fall prey to the occasional cup of ice cream, pita chips or cheese.
I eat when I am not really hungry, like well it is time to eat so what can I have. Such a bad habit. Trying to cut back and eat only healthy snacks, fruits and veggies.
I am not a breakfast person, I've tried. So I always end up skipping it. I do have a cup of tea, not sure if that counts!! And I'm an emotional eater, I eat when I am bored, when I'm happy or sad. That's been a very hard habit to break. I just started to try to break that one by having a cup of yogurt with my tea/or coffee each morning!
