Very good magazine I love to read and the gives you great advice on ways to improve your lifestyle. Sometimes I find the stories don't really relate to me though so I have to skip over several of them.
It's a good little booklet versus what could be a great magazine. It's booklet because of all the ads and mail cards in it. Once you remove all the mail cards, you have taken about 3/4 of the content out. Since it is free, I understand that this …
Absolutely love this magazine! I keep up with the articles so I can help keep my husband healthy. The information that's geared towards men's unique health needs makes this a must-have for wives and mothers of sons! Also, the exercises are simple a…

I like it! Great magazine! Interesting articles and tips!
I love this magazine. It keeps me motivated to take care of ME. I always learn something new. I always look forward to the next issue!

One of my favorite women's health magazines. Great excercise and diet tips, as well as health articles

It can be hit or mis depending on the theme of the issue, but I definitely look forward to their "Denim Issue" every year.
Really enjoy this , but cannot afford anything in the magzine!
