Reboot your workout with some fat-blasting intervals. Add some high intensity bursts of quick sprints combined with periods of easy recovery and then repeat. You'll burn more calories and more fat. It's working for me!!
Tights: Not Your Mother's Pantyhose

I absolutely love tights! I love all of the new colors and textures to choose from. Tights can really add some 'pop' to a simple outfit. I always hated pantyhose and never really thought they had any functional purpose but tights actually keep me warm and add style to my outfit.
