I used it on my lab and it really removed the undercoat that tends to shed on my bed and float on my tile floors. I recommend this to all pet owners!

With the spring shedding season here, I finally broke down and shelled out $35 for the FURminator to use on my 4 shorthaired cats. These girls shed more then my long haired boy ever did and the slicker brush wasnt getting the job done. One cat in particular did not appear to be shedding at all, and the slicker never got anything off of her either, but the furminator did! Easily pulled out all the dead undercoat from all 4. When you look at it, it doesnt seem to be anything special, but once you use it, it becomes apparent the furminator really is better. It does tend to make the loose hairs staticy so do it on a bare floor and sweep or vacuum up after - there's no way to avoid it from happening. I am glad I bought it, there is a noticeable difference in the amount of hair on the furniture and corners

An amazing tool that makes deshedding my pets go WAY quicker than with any other brush, I recommend it to any customer that comes into our store looking for a good shedding brush. That said, be careful with how roughly you use it - it can be really tempting to dig in and just get all of that fur brushed thoroughly, but it's still a pretty heavy duty brush and can aggravate the pet's skin, especially the delicate skin on cats.

I use this on my cats, it helps keep clumps of hair off the floor more now than when i used other brushes. The cats don't mind being brushed with it either. A win - win situation for all of us.

I love using this tool on our German Shepherd Mix mutt. It strips out a lot of the lose fur and undercoat that would otherwise end up all over our house. Our pup seems to enjoy the process as well as he sits nicely and doesn't leave until we're done brushing. The one downside is that we have to use this product frequently (at least once per week) to keep the shedding to a level we're comfortable with.

This is the best brush I have ever used. I have 2 Australian Shepherds with long hair. This works like a dream to de-shed them and my dogs don't mind being brushed with it. They look so shiny and fluffy after using it. Its amazing how much fur I can get out of them compared to a normal dog brush. This thing is worth every penny. I only wish it were larger so I could cover more area at one time.

My cats love this! Well almost all of them, there are a couple of the bunch that prefer not to be groomed. I am able to remove enough loose fur and such from them to make what looks like a kitten! And these are short haired cats. I have used it on our golden retriever as well and he is so thankful afterwards that he does laps around the house or yard with a big smile on his face. Again, this removes a ton of fur that I didn't even know was lurking around. It does what it says and works very well

This is by far the best pet hair brush out there. I've bought just about every brand and this works the best

The Furminator is awesome for any breed of dog. It worked well on my Siberian Husky and when I took a grooming class in college my professor swore by it (she's been grooming for over 20 years).

this is a great grooming tool. i have two labs...one with thick fur...one with thin. it does and amazing job on both dogs. makes them softer and shed less. it is worth paying a little extra for the furminator!

I love this product! Have 3 dogs including German Sheperd and this product is AMAZING!!! My sister in law had one before me and I used it one time and went straight to buy one for my house!

I love Furminator products!! These are absolute lifesavers!!! If you are on the fence, don't be! These will get that excess undercoat, etc off of your dog and out of your house in a trash bin! My dog constantly sheds and without this, I don't know what I would do! Furminator shampoo and conditioners work wonders too! Great brand and products!

Best way to reduce shedding Absolutely best way to get the undercoat! It took my cats a few groomings to really get used to this, but they very quickly realized just how much more comfortable they are afterwards. One of my cats now begs me to groom her every day! Unlike brushing, this really grabs that undercoat and pulls it up (only grabbing what's loose), whereas brushing just seems to smooth the coats of my cats instead. If I don't groom, there are hairballs all over. But, by using this, hairballs are a thing of the past!

Me and my boyfriend use this on our husky and it's incredible, makes life so much easier when she's shedding.
