My grandma has always been my number one supporter. She has literally taken the shirt off her back for me. She's an inspiration.

Just yesterday, I helped a friend through a tough situation by just listening and offering some advice. Sometimes, all someone needs is a little encouragement and a reminder that they’re not alone.

I guess volunteering at the local food pantry is supporting others. And not just helping with food, but I help them find services to get housing, help with bills and more.

I've supported many people, but I would say supporting my father the most. I'm always there when he needs to be taken to his appointments and such. He is always there for me as well. It's team work for the both of us. :)
