12 years ago, I went through a very tough situation, no job, a really toxic relationship and all my self confidence was in the trash after 2 babies, but I started going to a women's prayer group, were I found a network of women from every background that encouraged me and helped me to raise , nowadays I am successful in what I do, being a strong model to my daughters keeping in mind where I was in that time and being grateful for everything that I achieved, thanks to all that support that I got I came out from the darkness and today I feel complete

My boyfriend really struggles with things like remembering to eat (and is very skinny). I support him by cooking him meals, so he has something good to eat.

My mom recently lost my stepdad, so I was there with her all week, to help with arrangements and around the house.

As a new mom I was so overwhelmed and I was afraid to ask for help. My mom spent the night and let my husband and I sleep while she watched the baby. This was the first time we had slept more than 2 hours at a time in 6 weeks. This generous act rejuvenated us and recharged us. I hope to support other moms, seasoned and new, and to be part of their village.

My partner has been a huge support for me. We have two daughters, 9 and 3, and the oldest has a different dad who is not present. My partner has gone above and beyond for her and our 3 year old. He is always a solid support, someone I can trust and lean on, and has helped shape our girls into the beautiful young ladies they are.

Being a member of the local Search and Rescue team, our whole group supports each other. Going on missions for lost people, or recovery searches for closure for a family, we all need to be supportive of each other every time.

I've shared support by being a listener. When you listen to someone's pain or difficulties it can help. No talking, just being supportive through listening

I lost my mother in October, and my friends were all amazingly supportive. I know everybody has to lose their mother eventually, but it was really hard on me. My good friends listened and let me cry and helped me get through some very tough days.

I try to support all woman at all times in my everyday life through encouragement and kind words even at the checkout line at the grocery store or a sever at a restaurant. My best friend was going through nursing school and she was having a hard time, she felt like giving up several times when she wasn’t getting the grades she needed, I kept telling her to push though she has this and I k ow it’s hard but when you get to the other side of it, you will look back and won’t regret a thing. Well, she finally passed and took the state boards and is now a proud nurse in her 50’s. I encourage all woman to go for dreams no matter your age. #SheSupports woman and #SupportWoman should always be the right thing to do.

The last few years I've dealt with a big change in my health and have had to learn how to cope with my new limitations, which is an on going challenge. My close friends have been very supportive and understanding since what I can do and what I can't do is ever changing and can become really discouraging. Instead of being frustrated that I can't always do what I used to my friends have done their best to include me with things that fit my new limitations. They are also always ready to lend a listening ear.

When I was a struggling single mom a friend gave me her minivan when she bought a new car. That van got me through several lean years and I was then able to give it to another single mom to help get her back on her feet a few years later. I was such a blessing from God to have that kind of support when I needed it!
