The frozen food company, Lean Cuisine, recently conducted an experiment to see how women make life decisions. The "#ItAll" campaign found that women make different choices when they are alone versus with supportive friends.
Though Lean Cuisine tried to show that they are supportive of women, the campaign, along with the video they released about it, has caused some serious backlash on social media.

I think is a good idea. Reason: we, as a WOMAN, tend to be harder on ourselves...we worry about - this/that. What I'm going to wear ? What I'm cooking for dinner ? Household chores...well tend to do everything...without even thinking........Making time to balance work and life. So yes...I could use help in eating well. And if come from a company that focus in women eating habits and promotes healthy eating easy... IT"S YOUR CHOICE NO ONE IS FORCING YOU..it's time to stop judging. Do what makes YOU...
Interesting concept and glad for the conversation starter. This seems similar to Dove's campaign to discuss perceptions of beauty. Definitely believe men should be included.
I do think that men should have been included. Maybe the company will see our discussion.
I think #ItAll is very appropriate for today's society. Women constantly beat each other down just to make themselves look better or putting on an act in front of others to look better. I don't think men should've been included because today's society is very focused on women's right and as women, we are very concerned with our appearance, choices, and how we present ourselves each day. I liked this message and it brings awareness to how people around you really do influence you each day.
Why does Lean Cuisine have to be considered a "diet company"? I mean, the food tastes good and is nutritious and just happens to be lower calorie than other frozen food offerings. I don't have a problem with Lean Cuisine's #ItAll experiment - not with the concept nor with the fact that they are the sponsors of it. It has a good message, period.
I think people get offended by EVERYTHING these days. I don't think this is offensive at all.
Oh, who cares? It seems like everyone needs to be offended or upset by something these days.
Yes, men should have been definitely included since they make their fair share of questionable decisions.
I think where they went wrong is the end of this towards specifically women. If they included all genders, then I don't think there would be as much of an issue.
I think they should of included everyone because we all can relate. Not just women go through this. We All Do!
As a society we need to support those we chose to surround ourselves with. I loved seeing friends bond further over this exercise. I wonder what would happen if you tweaked the experiment and geared it towards the ever expanding population of empty nesters. We too, at this stage in life, continue to make choices. Many of us want to challenge ourselves in new directions, want to continue to support our children and now our grandchildren without losing identity of self. In my opinion we were the generation (those of us in our 50's and beyond) who were convinced they could do it all and sadly learned that is not necessarily the case. We have as many choices as those you featured in the video, just different ones. Wonder how life experiences would nfluence our decisions going forward....great experiment! Thanks Lean Cuisine.
men should be included
I dislike everything about this campaign. Men already have it all and have for centuries. Get over yourself Lean Cuisine!
A bit misguided, men should have been included
Men should absolutely be included
