I'm really low-tech, but love my food processor. It's fast and easy for chopping veggies and I do chop a lot of veggies. I've done everything from pizza toppings to soup veggies to veggies I sauteed and added to a egg bake for breakfast. I must wash the thing 4-5 times a week. I will be sad when it dies.

I love my Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer. I would be lost in the kitchen without it!

I have two favorite kitchen gadgets: (1) a manual Chefmate apple slicer, which makes it easy to prepare a snack for my toddler -- old school, I know, and (2) my Ninja, which I can use to chop veggies or whip up a smoothie, guacamole, iced coffee, etc. Clean up is a breeze, and the included lids make storage of any leftovers a snap.

I love my Cuisinart ice cream maker. it is so easy t use! No ice or salt; just pull out the freezer bowl, pour in the ingredience and 30 minutes later you have wonderful ice cream! Raspberry Sorbet is a favorite in our house.

My newest gadet or machine whichever you want to call it is the Ninja. I just love this one I use it to make my health drink every morning. Love what it does with ice in my drinks. It makes great ice cream too, yogurt, milk, fruit of choice, honey or sugar and ice. But it does so much more makes chopping meats like chicken, mayonise, pickle, cheese for instant chicken salad for sandwich. Yes the Ninja has made live easier for me.

To be quite honest, the most used kitchen appliance I own is my Food Saver. It has saved me SO much money by being able to buy food in bulk and sealing it so that all the air is removed. I got it as a Christmas gift a few years ago, and I have used it several times a month since then without fail!

I love my Classic Kitchen Aid mixer and use it all the time. We just renovated our kitchen and replaced all our appliances big and small with Kitchen Aid products.

I have a Pampered Chef meat tenderizer I cannot live without! It makes tenderizering meat so incredibly easy! And it really does the job well on the toughest piece of meat too! I haven't been able to find anything that was made even close to it so if it should ever break our meals would never be the same until I could replace it.

My mom has a Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker. We loved it while we were there and I would definitely love to own one myself. I love my crockpot and George Foreman grill. I also own a roaster that is wonderful!!

I am such an "old" fashioned gal! I have some of the latest newest greatest, etc. gadgets and honestly i still prefer to do things the old fashioned way. I have given my kids most of these as they seem to "need" them more than I do. I still use a hand can opener,a regular hand mixer(btw, its 14 yrs old),still peel potatoes with a reg peeler, and use a plain old fashioned tea kettle. Modern may look nice, but it costs so much and most times is no better than tried and trued "oldies".

I love to bake and cook and I'm proud to say I'm a creative "chef". It's tough to choose one favorite kitchen gadget so I have to say it's a tie between the mandolin slicer and my handheld cheese grater/slicer. Both save me loads of prep time and that's greatly appreciated now since I recently had two shoulder surgeries within 7 weeks and have very limited use of my right arm.

I absolutely love my Vitamix blender. It has transformed me into an absolutely fantastic gourmet cook. So many recipes, I just threw out in the past because I didn't have the right equipment or ingredients. With the vitamix, I have the equipment or I can make the "missing" ingredients. :)
