Pradagirl | WEST DUNDEE, ILKyocera ceramic knife......This knife is the best invention ever made, I do alot of chopping , everyday, and the blade lasts 10x's longer than steel knives, I don't know what I would do with out this knife.It is lightweight, and cuts and chops perfectly everytime, and I have had it a little over one year and it cuts like it is still brand new. I can not see using my other knives which are Henckels, which dull after a few uses.

Chicken salad is a breeze with it. Everything goes in and it comes out chicken salad. Easy and delicious! Great for chopping nuts for baking and for sundae night! So, it's not just for drinks (but it is good for that, too). It is a staple in my house.
