Makes: 8 1/2c Servings
Description: A chilled creamy cucumber side dish that will more than likely be the one thing you will go back to again and again.
Ingredients:
6
Large Cucumbers (Peeled & Sliced)
1/2-3/4c
Salad Dressing (Miracle Whip type)
Pinch
Salt
1/4 tsp
Pepper
Instructions: Slice cucumbers in coins to desired thickness. (I prefer them thick so they retain a certain amount of crunch). Place in bowl and mix with salt, pepper and salad dressing. The more you use the creamier it is. Toss ingredients together, cover with tight lid or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator to chill for at least 4-6 hours (though can be done night before). This gives it time to basically become saucy and for cucumbers to absorb flavor from dressing & pepper. This is the most wonderful side you will ever have it's cool & creamy and even your kids will love it.
I like the salads which contain cucumber.
