Savory Creamed Corn

Description: This is the best corn you will ever eat!!
Ingredients:
1 16oz Bag
frozen corn
2-4 Tbls
butter
1/4 cup
chopped onions or leeks
1/4 cup
sour cream
2 Tbls
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions: In a pan or skillet, cook onions and half your butter until translucent, add frozen corn, and rest of butter. Cook until frozen corn is hot and add the sour cream and parmesan.

This looks really good, I can picture making this on a fried chicken or fish evening. I like the idea of adding parmesan cheese to this creamy corn delight. This will be a great additional to anyone that loves corn, fried, creamy, or right from the can.
