This July 4th, don't serve another boring bowl of chips and salsa. It's time to step up your summer snack game... without spending much more time on prep! Read on to find out how.

There's something about making s'mores that always makes us feel warm and toasty inside and out. But since we can't always be near a campfire, this S'mores Dip is an amazing substitute. Just put the marshmallows and chocolate into a pan, and use graham crackers to dig in. This version adds in pumpkin spice to kick the flavor up a notch, but feel free to use any other flavor - or skip it to keep your taste traditional.
This dip is three-in-one! It's so simple, we can't believe we hadn't thought of it. Just mix a few ingredients together. Serve with chips or veggies. We like this Hummus-Guacamole Dip from This Week for Dinner - it's sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
There's so many options here, but they are all super easy - and so refreshing. In advance, put chunks of banana, peach, apple or watermelon onto a skewer. Put them into the freezer and serve as-is for a healthy way to cool down.
Or to sweeten this treat, melt your favorite chocolate in the microwave. Dip non-frozen fruit into the chocolate and then into any toppings you want, i.e., sprinkles, crushed nuts, or coconut shavings. Then lay your creation on a piece of wax paper and put it in the freezer for an hour or so. Take it out when you are ready to serve - it's a guaranteed hit for kids and adults!
If you're anything like us, a cold treat is the perfect way to end a hot summer day - but we don't always want all those calories. We have the perfect compromise, thanks to SheSpeaks member Kristilee: Strawberry Cream Pops. It's a homemade frozen yogurt, made with just two ingredients: low-fat vanilla yogurt and strawberries, though feel free to use your favorite fruit. It's a perfect evening dessert, afternoon snack, or breakfast on the go!
If you're looking for something a little more sinful, try turning your signature cocktail into a frozen treat! Boozy popsicles are trending right now. They can be made out of sangria, margaritas, mojitos, prosecco, or almost any other adult drink. Since alcohol doesn't freeze, the key is to mix it with non-alcoholic liquids and add fruit, which will give it a better texture. For more tips and recipes, check out Passports & Grub.com. Off alcohol? Make your favorite coffee drink into a popsicle instead!
*One lucky contestant will be chosen at random to receive a $75 Target gift card and a popsicle mold. Giveaway is open through July 14th, 2019 to U.S. residents at least 18 years of age.
