Veggie Wraps

Makes: 8 8

Description: These are a great lite lunch or supper idea and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 pkg  sun dried tomato tortillas or any other you prefer
1 cup  shredded carrots
1 cup  chopped broccoli
1 cup  chopped cauliflower
1 cup  chopped tomatoes
1 8oz pkg  shredded chedder cheese
1 8oz pkg  vegetable cream cheese

Instructions: Take your vegetables and finely chop each of them. Take your tortilla wrap and spread a thin layer of the vegetable cream cheese on them. Then add your vegetables and sprinkle in a little of the cheddar cheese and wrap them up. They are best if you let them refrigerate for at least an hour to get nice and cold and you can add any other vegetables of your choice as well but the combination above makes a great tasting tortilla wrap.

I always used a ranch dressing as a spread. I going to try it with the vegetable cream cheese! Sometimes I add a little fresh spinach or chopped purple cabbage to it.
