Description: Layered Taco Casserole
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs
Groundbeef
2 bags
Tortilla chips
2 bags
Shredded Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese
16 ounces
Salsa (any brand)
Instructions: Grab a skillet, cook ground beef, drain, and set aside. Next grab a 11X14 baking dish. Layer tortilla chips, than ground beef, than salsa, than shredded cheese. Repeat 3-4 times. Top layer at the end should be shredded cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven (preheating is okay), for 20-25 minutes, just until the cheese is a light golden brown. Serve immediately. You can also garnish with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, pico de gallo, salsa, sour cream, black olives, or guacamole. Lastly enjoy! :)
