Makes: 3 cups
Description: Smoky Roasted Chickpeas. Perfected as a snack or topping for salads!
Ingredients:
1 15.5-ounce can
chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
1 teaspoon
olive oil
1 teaspoon
smoked paprika
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss chickpeas in olive oil and paprika and spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until crispy, shaking pan halfway through, about 20 minutes .
This dish is made with black bean spaghetti, which is gluten free and vegan approved!
