Description: This is simple and quick, but so delicious!
Ingredients:

Live Oysters
1 pack
Peppered bacon
1/2 tsp
Worscheshire sauce
1/2 cup
Parmesan
Instructions: Pressure cook the oysters for 8 minutes in 1/2 cup of water. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Let it cool, then take half with oysters not attached. Turn off oven. Place halved oysters on tin foil on baking sheet. Add 14 tsp of Worcestershire sauce to each, sprinkle bacon bits to desired amount then sprinkle parmesan to desired amount. Place in oven for 5 min or until cheese is melted, then enjoy!!

These delicious treats can be eaten as finger-food. I've served them at many brunches and as appetizers for other occasions. They also freeze well.
