Great product, little pricey though. It is good for helping the baby sit up before they can on their own... however my babies outgrew the chair before I feel like I got full use of it.. they only can sit in it for a could months. Maybe they should consider different designs so this product could grow with the baby.

This seat is great for smaller, thinner babies. I have a four month old that does not fit in this chair, and that is just when they are able to sit and start eating in this chair. My baby has quite the thighs, but still, at four months old she should be able to be using it.

I really liked this product with my oldest. My youngest is a little chunkier and poor little legs don't fit in it. So I can't use it for to long with her.

My baby used this when she was two and half months old and by four months she was almost too old for this. I had heard such good things about this at first, but then when i looked into after she was born, there are a lot of different opinions on whether this is good for their little growing bodies. For us, she didn't really like it, but you can't know that ahead of time. I would try it again, if i had another child, but I wouldn't purchase another one.

Working in social services this is one product that scares me. I get the concept and may even use one when I have a new baby. But where are the safety mechanisms? One safety concern is that this product does not have any way to keep baby from tipping out or over especially if it is elevated on something. I will acknowledge that this product does come with safety warnings but the reality is not many people follow those directions or even read them in the first place. I will note that supervised use of this product on a flat surface i.e. the floor is probably the safest. It is also good to note that use of this product does help babies build their core muscles and help them continue to strengthen their head and neck muscles but should never be used before baby is ready and then only for short periods of time. This product should not replace proper and safe seating areas for babies as this product lacks safety mechanisms that are crucial to baby's wellbeing. I do however love the simple design that makes this product portable and easy to clean which probably is one of the reasons many purchase them.

Personally, I am please with the bumbo chair. However, the tray is cheap and broke shortly after purchasing. Because it no longer clicks into place it is virtually unusable as my daughter immediately wants to remove the tray. But it does come clean easily and my daughter seems to enjoy it. However, I would not pay full price for this item.

I only used the bumbo seat for my child for a shirt amount of time. It didn't seem to have enough back support for my child. Though my child wanted to sit up on his own at a pretty young age so he needed more help then I'm sure most kids would when using the seat. It just didn't seem like a good fit for my child.

this item is great to help my babygirl sit up all by herself...however the belt broke the 2nd week we had and now i have these straps on there i cant get off with nothing to clip them into...also they are priced somewhat high

I received the one with the play tray that attaches. Now I do and I don't love this item. My daughter enjoyed it for about a month, the toy tray was fine but got in the way when I was feeding her, to much distraction. As for the seat itself, it was fine, but she did not seem to comfy in it. If it wasent a gift I probley could have done without it.

I really enjoy the Bumbo seat. It is difficult to put my daughter in and out of it. The leg areas are small so I have to pull the middle part forward to get my daughter's legs in the seat properly. The Bumbo is a very useful and handy!

I think this is a great idea and super cute. I just never felt safe with my children in it. I always had to be right next to them. Although, my friends never had any issues, but I never felt secure so I didn't get much use out of it.

Great concept... poor follow through My 3-4 month old would slouch in this and her legs were too big for the holes. Not made for chubby babies and didn't really provide any developmental help beyond a baby bouncer. In fact, the bouncer seems safer than using this. Gave it a good try but I was really disappointed.

The bumbo seat is a safe and comfortable product that allows children to learn how to sit up unassisted. The concept of the product is amazing, although there should be a variety of size options for this product.

My little guy is 2 mos old and has been using it for almost 2 weeks, he loves being able to sit on his own, he's been able to hold up his head since very early on and I swear he thinks he's older than he is lol. I definitely see myself using it for a few more months.

Both of my kids loved it and will definitely pass it on to a close friend who is expecting.
