Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 girls have missed school because they can’t afford period protection? It’s not just school they miss. It also means missing out on activities they love, like sports practices, drama club, or student council.
At puberty, girls’ confidence plummets, and having to miss activities because of lack of access to period products only makes this drop in confidence worse. Missing out can limit a girl’s potential and opportunities far beyond puberty.
We’re so excited to support Always & Walmart's Live #LikeAGirl campaign to spread the word about this important issue as they work to #EndPeriodPoverty. Always and Walmart are donating a year’s supply of period products to 50 teams in 50 states, so girls in need don’t have to miss out on the activities they love because they don’t have access to period protection.

i work in abuse relocation for women and teens and I am so glad to see this brought to the light. We made in our states over 100 #periodpacks over the holidays to give to homeless and impoverished women in my city. Teres a lady that left her corporate job to start doing this ful time because we don't think of the little things. Thank yo for doing this. Every little bit even down to hair scrunches help these young ladies.
