I have gone nearly to extremes for sleep---we painted the bedroom in a dark gray, have heavy drapes to keep out the light, have a sound machine and a fan, have very little decor and it is a monochrome. Mary Beth Elderotn

A hot cup of tea before bed, cozy sheets and lots of warm blankets make for a good nights sleep.
My husband and I have a king sized bed so it helps and nice layer of sheets,linens,etc so we can each stay warm or cool as needed allows up to get a good night's sleep.

I go to bed early and wake well before dawn. Always a good night's sleep
I turn out all light & turn off all electronics. I turn my fan on high & curl up!
I need new sheets
To get a good night's sleep, I try to go to bed about the same time every night.
Dark room, air temp 68, no electronics in the room and I go to bed the same time every night
My bed being clean and washed in lavender or have lavender something in my room. I can't sleep often at night as I have insomnia. So it takes ALOT to be able to sleep at night.
Read before bed and try to relax. Good sheets always help as well!
I exercise most days, which tires me out, allowing me to sleep better.
