Nice sheets with a comfy mattress and pillow plus all snuggled in with my husband makes for a good nights rest!!!! But I start with a hot shower to help me wash the day away and relax!

I spray lavender on my sheets and make sure the temperature is on the cool side.

I turn off all electrical devices, turn off the lights except for a night light and stop eating and drinking anything after 7 p..m. My mom's favorite sheets were always Wamsutta!
