I started mine in November. I do water areobics three days a week for an hour and then I ride a stationary bike for 30 min. Trying to strengthen my leg after left total knee replacement this past July.

Great video!! My new years resolution s are kinda more simple and doable this year. Just to naturally become more conscious of the food I'm eating, where it's coming from and just do little things every day to kinda ease up on the stress level and feel more healthy!! :)) Wishing everyone varies great new year and good luck!! :)) Thanks for the chance!! :))
I don't have a specific resolution. I want to try and do a bunch a little things...swear less, drink more water, find a balance not all or nothing.
