I plan to get more physically fit. Do my yoga. I'm moving to a second story apt, so that alone is a jump start*!* I must get strong for planting my new land w/the fruit and nut trees I'm planning on. Not to mention the vegetable garden we will have*!*

This year my resolution is to loose weight ! I want to walk at least an hour a day four to five days a week and remain happy always and become more healthy!
Try to stress out less. It's tough, but I'm trying to deep breath and relax a few minutes a day.
I don't know why, but I was unable to comment on YouTube. So I will comment here. I live in chronic pain, run back and forth to the doctors, chiropractors , physical therapists...along with being a mom and playing Taxi Mom...I am barely home. I resolved to stay home more, relax more, do more Yoga and relaxation techniques and work on reading, decluttering and cleaning my home...no more stressed out mom.
