my goal for 2016 is to quit smoking
This video really has me thinking! It's a great idea to set aside one day a week to accomplish a new years resolution. I definitely always try to eat healthier but sometimes relapse :( I am going to pick one day out of each week to eat vegan all day. I've tried a vegan diet before but it's not as easy as it seems. One day a week seems like a perfect start to a new healthier me :D Not only would I like to start a vegan diet but I also would love to be a kinder person (but that's something that I work on everyday). Have a great year EVERYONE!!!!
I resolve to focus more on myself this year. I tend to put everyone else's needs ahead of mine, so this year I'm going to work on bettering myself.
To exercise more, plan ahead and learn how to better organize myself.
Healthy, happy, and debt paid off.
I would love to get more organized in 2016!
exersice more often, and to eat out less.
My new years resolution is to lost weight, be more active, drink less alcohol.
I have neuropathy/mobility issues due to chemo/radiation from cancer. I plan to eat healthier and walk more to improve my strength and mobility to go with my cancer-free status that I am grateful for every day of my life!
I don't make resolutions, but am continuing goals for physical and spiritual areas.
Donate more of my free time to charities and others who need help.
My resolution is to work out more often this year!

My resolution is to relax more and not take everything so seriously. So in obtaining that goal I have signed up for some yoga classes to help relieve stress.
