I always wear my wedding ring. I love scarves with a little shine to jazz up an outfit. I find unusual pins to wear and I like pins with big stones. I collect pins from places I visit and I like to buy a pin that I attach a story to. I was in New Orleans and bought a lovely pin at an open market, the creator got his entire family out of poverty making jewelry out of trash.......now because I am a social worker when someone makes a remark about that pin (people usually do) I tell them the story of that creator.

The best thing about accessories... you can gain wieght, you can lose weight and they always fit.

I love jewelry. I have a great collection of jewlery from my grandmother. It is all costume but it all is made in the art deco style. My favorite piece is a silver mesh bracelet with a gold and black buckle. I can wear it with everything. I used to work in retail and I was The Accessorie Queen. Everyone wanted to see what I would put together next. I used the same basic clothes but I always have some jewlery, scarf or brooches to change the look. Sometimes I like to go full "Chanel". I will throw all my fake pearls on and I have a black silk rose pin. I love it!

This mama loves her jewelry!!! Rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces...pearls, gemstones, diamonds, and metals...vintage and new...fashion and high-dollar...it's ALL about the accessories! My favorite pieces include my great grandmother's wedding ring, her silver broach, and my black diamond ring that I purchased for myself as my divorce gift. My staple piece is a ring that is actually 3 birthstone rings sautered together (one for each of my daughter's birth month) that I wear on my ring finger because my heart belongs to them!!!

I can't think of any outfit that doesn't look better with accessories. Outfits can go from a day to night look just by using accessories. A simple & sophisticated look can be changed to bold & bright, and a casual look can look more trendy! Accessorize!

I love hats. In fact, I have so many that I've been dubbed the Crazy Hat Lady. I love sun hats and cocktail hats, but what I have most of is winter hats. One of the things that makes Chicago winters bearable is being able to wear all my cute hats!

I absolutely love a nice watch and bracelets. They are my favorite. I wear rings too but I can't go with out at least 2 or 3 bracelets or a watch.

I have a heart necklace that my husband gave me some years ago He purchased it at Zales. It is my favorite and i cherish it now more than ever. It is outlined in small diamonds. Having gone through advanced breast cancer, during a quickly sheduled surgery for a double masectomy they had to cut my wedding ring in order to get it off. I have it safely tucked away, but i sure do miss it. It was just a simple ring also purchased at Zales, like my heart neklace but it was a part of me for all these years, i never took it off. It is funny how just a little sparke can give you hope and love inside and out. I don't wear my heart necklace everyday, it's usually just my little hoop earings, but when we go out for a special dinner or a special occasion it always completes my outfit and mkes me feel special.

My favorite accessory is an oval opal ring my Mother bought me years ago. It always made my fingers looked leaner and longer :)

I love my pashmias! They are wonderful and if I have a shirt that is just a bit too small and it lifts when I reach, just tie it around my waist and FIXED! You can wear them in so many ways!
