Makes: 20 pancakes
Description: I love making this recipe for breakfast! These pancakes are fluffy, filling and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup
flour
1 tbsp.
baking powder
1/2 tsp.
baking soda
2 tbsp.
vegetable oil
3 tbsp.
sugar
1 cup
milk
1
egg
1/2 tsp.
salt
Instructions: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour pancake mixture in about 1/4 cup amounts and flip when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look lightly golden. Remove from heat when pancake stops steaming.
This is amazingly DELICIOUS. And, it's a healthy breakfast to get your protein and fiber in at the start of the day! You might even want to eat it...well…
