I love making this recipe for breakfast! These pancakes are fluffy, filling and delicious!
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour pancake mixture in about 1/4 cup amounts and flip when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look lightly golden. Remove from heat when pancake stops steaming.
