Mama's EZ Lasagna

Makes: 10 0

Description: My simple lasagna is everyones favorite dish and always puts a smile on my moms face. It has become a traditional dish to serve on special occasions.

Ingredients:
2 lbs  ground beef or turkey
1 Box  lasagna noodles
1 bag  shredded mozarella cheese
a container  ricotta cheese
1 bag  shredded cheddar cheese
2 jars  Ragu pasta sauce

Instructions: Begin by browning ground meat, drain off fat. Meanwhile bring water to boil and cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

Return ground meat to pan and add pasta sauce, simmer until lasagna noodles are ready. Drain & rinse noodles.

In a large rectangle baking dish begin layering in this order: noodles, sauce, mixture of both shredded cheeses, and crumbled ricotta. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are gone, ending with a layer of the shredded cheese and ricotta cheese.

Bake in a 350 oven for 35 min. or until cheese on top is melted and browned to your taste.

Serve with garlic toast and salad.

We like to add spinach in between the layers sometimes and our household usually likes Prego instead but overall we use this same receipt.
