Catholic school girl here. And discipline was top notch!
Our family is well represented! My daughter is a speech language pathologist in the schools, my son in law teaches sixth grade science and my daughter in law is a school librarian.
I think the best thing a teacher taught me was to believe in myself and what I could do. The teacher was my high school art teacher.
My fourth grade teacher was my favorite! To me, she was someone to look up to, stylish, smart, caring, motivating! When I became a teacher years later, she was still teaching and even remembered me!
The best thing I teacher taught me was discipline and compassion.
By being taught not to give up, I had a wonderful career and did very well. Then, when I decided to become a mom (and had to undergo treatment), I didn't give up. Now, I am the proud mom of an 11 year old!
My math teacher was really amazing. He taught me to never give up and every time you get knocked down, get right back up and do it 10x better.
My 4th grade teacher taught me to never be afraid to take on challenges, as long as I put my mind to it and stay focus, never start something and not finish always complete the task at the end of it all you can say I gave it my best! That's when I won first place in the school spelling bee, winning over a fifth grader! Thank you Mrs. Pam!
