    Any chance to modernize any of the classic princesses is OK by me-girls always need strong role models and need to know they don't need to rescued by a man.

    The classic version is wonderful and will always be cherished by me. However, it is presented in a strictly animated format. A more modern movie version with a stronger Cinderella is certainly acceptable. The two versions of the story can peacefully co-exist:) Now as an adult I favor strong female characters in movies and books.

    Love the classics, but some times a remake with a new twist can be fun.

    Classics endure the passing of time and earned the love of generations. Why fix something that is not broken? No to modernization of this classic!

    I like for the classics to stay just that, the classics. No need to redo something that's already so fabulous in the first place.

    I hate to see classics changed but that's just me. That's not to say that I won't watch the movie because I plan to.

    I like the idea of a modern Cinderella, but I'll always love the classic.

    I think this movie looks great! I can't wait to see it. I love Tangled and The Princess and The Frog is great too. Love the New Orleans setting!

    It's a classic fairy tale. Why fix something that doesn't need fixed?

    My favorite princess would definitely fall "somewhere in between."
