Why modernize a classic, it speaks for itself. I think they should write their own classics and leave the Cinderella alone. It's not going to be Cinderella to those of us who saw the original; just somebody else's idea of how it should be today and personally, who cares how it should be today. It was made yesterday and very well.

I think the movie is going to be gorgeous, filled with amazing imagery. I can't wait to see what Disney has done with it! I'm a Disney freak, so I'm all for it! All of the 'fairy tales' we know are a very far cry from what they originally were, so there is no harm in updating and adding a fun new twist on an already wonderful story. It can only make it even more enthralling, especially for children now, who are bombarded by violent imagery and sexual content on a daily basis. I'll definitely be taking my daughter to see this. We both will be enjoying it immensely.

I think that there has been enough updates to Cinderella. (Check out: Cinderella Story, Another Cinderella Story, A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song).

I like the classic story. As long as they don't change the story, I think they'll be fine. But, I have no interest in seeing it.

I think its good to "remake" an original with a different perspective! The kids nowadays can relate better to a "newer" version of Cinderella!
