Great for bedtime until the kids learn to open the back and get the batteries out.

I have to say that fisher price anything gets my vote. but this was really cool I used it for my oldest son snd he loved it. that and there was a nighttime picture projectr thingie and they did the trick for me.

Cute idea but my son hated it, he does have autism and it seemed to trigger sensory isssues. Too bad because I thought it was awesome!

I bought this after reading how great it was. My daughter has never been one to go down easy. I was hoping for a miracle product, and this wasn't it. She doesn't dislike it, but she never really took to it. My biggest complaint is that it is nearly impossible to change the batteries. I thought I would break it's head off.

I'm a little split on this product. It's cute, the music is relatively soothing, it's soft...however...getting batteries in and out of this toy is a chore. It's incredibly difficult to get in and out of the back piece. Also, I think this toy is too loud. If it gets rolled onto in the middle of the night both kids would wake up (plus me) so we had to retire him to a shelf at bedtime. Also, as the batteries get old it would start going off randomly...not sure if this was just a fluke with mine or not.

I bought this for my son when he was younger, he really didn't seem that interested in, however, he found it again about 6 months ago (he is 4) and has to have it to go to sleep every night.

My girls love this toy. The music is more soothing than the gloworm, but the light is not as bright.

My son has really started showing interest in this at 17 months old. I bought it for him before he was born. It seemed a little too loud for him when he was an infant. Now he loves it.

I think this seashores is so cute but unfortunately my daughter isn't very interested in it. However I play the music before bedtime so she calmed down and knows she needs to go to bed soon.

I play this whenever I put my son down for a nap. It's not obnoxious or anything like that. It's calming, soothing and the perfect bedtime addition. My only issue with it is keeping the back closed. The velcro always seems to come undone, which leaves the back where you put the batteries exposed to my son.

I received one of these when my son was born and love it! Would lay it with him when it was nap time and he would go down without a problem. I did see that there were problems with the battery pack and the coils melting, don't believe the product was officially recalled though. Never personally had a problem with this and I have changed the batteries multiple times.

My youngest daughter was in love with this Fisher Price seahorse toy when she was a baby. She loved the ocean noises and was comforted by the soft glow. Only complaint was the seahorse only played for 5 min. It takes longer for most babies to fall asleep than that so I had to interrupt her falling asleep process to turn it back on. Wish it played for at least 15 min or that you could set the timing. Otherwise happy.

i recieved this as a gift for my baby shower. my first thoughts were that it was a gloworm rip off and silly looking, it doesn't even stand up, the music is cheesy and it was sterotypical boy or girl colors. i really didn't like it so i put it in the baby's toy box and forgot all about it.
