Eyeliner Help!

What is the best eyeliner out there that will stay on and not smudge? I'm currently using a Glimmerstick from Avon but it smudges and wears off fast. Can anyone recommend something good yet affordable. Thanks.

I'd recommend MakeupForeverHD's waterproof eyeliner, but that's on the pricier side. ($18) a pencil, I believe. It stays on though. Waterproof. If you can, I would try to snag the sample sizes which they offer sometimes as a beauty perk at Sephora or some makeup shows where Sephora is. Other than that, I think Sephora Brand Eyeliner, the waterproof ones work pretty well. I think they are retailed at ($9). In my opinion, the best way to test for the right eyeliner is to go to Sephora, or makeup stores where they allow you to sample their products and just do a swatch of multiple ones, and the one that lasts the longest on your hand, you should get! :)

I would recommend Kat Von D tattoo liner! It is the best liquid eyeliner that I have ever tried. It dries matte, stays on all day, and doesn't smudge!

I just recently started wearing eyeliner and i found that any gel pencil that's waterproof works really well for me. Best by far has been the product i received from Julep. Works great and doesn't smudge at all.

I would recommend Maybelline Line Stiletto. I works awesome. You can create a thin or thick line and its only like $6

I spritz on a makeup setting spray, like Urban Decay's All Nighter or MAC Fix+, and my eyeliner and eye makeup stay put all day and into the night.

Also, I like the UD 24/7 Eyeliners for staying power. There are always multipacks around the holidays at reduced prices.

I just discovered a Rimmel black eyeliner #262, Exaggerate eye definer (waterproof). I use it on the inside of my lash line on my lower lashes and love it! I have tried L'Oreal, Revlon, Avon, etc and this is by far the best!

Is there a specific budget you have for the liner? For drugstore I would recommend L'oreal's infallible liner or Milani Liquid Eyes. For high end I would recommend Mac's Carbon(Black), Mac's Feline (Dark Black) or Mac's Coffee (Dark Brown). Also Urban Decay's 24/7 Liners in Perversion (Dark Black) or Whiskey (Dark Brown). To be honest if you'd like to try out different high end products without breaking the bank, opt for one of the Sephora Draw the Line sets that come out every year. Those are wonderful, last long and offer a variety of pencils, liner pens and liquid liners. Hope this helps!
