Eyeliner Help!

What is the best eyeliner out there that will stay on and not smudge? I'm currently using a Glimmerstick from Avon but it smudges and wears off fast. Can anyone recommend something good yet affordable. Thanks.

As someone who wears winged eyeliner every single day, I highly recommend the Marc Jacobs Magic Marc'er. It's pricy at $30 but it's incredibly easy to use and it regularly lasts 18+ hours for me without budging at all.

I absolutely LOVE Stila Everyday Eyeliner. It's kind of considered a liquid pen but it doesn't smudge at all, and it stays in place all day. It;s the only eyeliner I've ever found that fits ally needs!
