Leggings as pants, suggestions?

I use legging as pants both: indoors or outdoors. They're much more comfortable than jeans, that I can't help. Recently, as you're a legging lover as I am, I found a cool on-line store with plenty of options that made it harder for me to go back to pants. Do you think is a bad thing wearing leggings outdoors, to go out? Would u wear models like the ones here: bestsockdrawer.com/?go=products&un=1&cid=6 to go out? Or do you consider leggings as a indoors or exercising outfit only?

I see girls that wear them as "normal" pants, with short shirts, thus exposing (in nice tight fabric!) their butts... most people I talk to agree that, no matter in shape you may be, no one wants to see that much!! However, I love them, as long as your butt is covered. Very cute when worn appropriately! :)

I think with legging you can wear anytime of the day. You can even wear them with dresses or even with a long T-shirt . They are the most comfortable invention on earth lol

Leggings are so comfortable and can be worn anytime as long as you have a somewhat long shirt on with it.

i love wearing leggings. As a college student leggings are a staple item in my wardrobe. They are so comfy. You can honestly dress the down or dress them up. The only thing is to make sure your leggings are not see through, if they are i advise you wearing longer tops or even little booty shorts under your leggings..

Personally I hate when people wear leggings as pants. I find them trashy looking. Most of the time they are so tight you can see peoples underwear, or butts right through the fabric. It is rather unflattering.

I wear leggings out sometimes. I agree, they are very, very comfortable. As long as you wear them with a long shirt, it's fine.

I agree, especially if you see panty lines. Having said that, I love leggings and in winter almost always wear them with a sweater dress

I agree with above posters. They are completely fine at home, but when I go out, I wear a long shirt, tunic, sweater, etc. to cover my butt and boots. I think this is the perfect fall outfit!

I believe that leggings are in style and I see lots of people wearing them. As long as you feel comfortable in them, think you look good, and want to wear them then do it. You should be able to wear what you want and not worry. Plus they have so many styles and designs and plain ones and etc of leggings now, I would totally rock some everyday if I could. They are comfy and warm and we'll fitting most of the time. Why not. Have fun and enjoy your leggings.
