I recommend Benefit's STAY, haven't found anything like it yet! Also, lasts for a very long time, really worth the price tag

Ditto to everyone else.. E.l.f all the way. I have also tried concealer (MAC I think it's studio fix? The round container) if your going to pay for high end might as well get dual usage out of it! Also NYC ( drugstore brand) comes with a few eyeshadows, a highlighter and primer in one kit for $4.99 or so that primer works well. All in all the cheap primer (elf) just hit as well a urban decay and you save $$.

I definitely agree with all of these. The eye primer (and really anything) by e.l.f. is so awesome for the price, and Urban Decay is also a great brand. I have also tried the concealer, and I actually prefer this method. Since I have concealer anyway, it's the most convenient for me and it's great if you're going to be using powders, but in my opinion it can be a little thick with cream eyeshadows.

I like loreal. I use it alone without eyeshadow. Its slightly lighter than my natural skin color so it just makes me look alert and healthy.

My favorite eye primer of all time would have to be the Lavshuca Eye Primer...it's wonderful inexpensive and you can get it at any Japanese online store or rakuten.co.jp :) ebay is another option as well... 1. Lavshuca Primer 2. Lorac Eye Primer 3. Too Faced Shadow Insurance

I found bare minerals eye primer has worked best for me, a lillte pricey, a little goes along way, also bare minerals eye shadow goes on with water or dry!! I find it has at least a 14 hour hold!

I have very oily lids, and Urban Decay Primer Potion keeps my shadow on all day. The only bad thing is that it's almost $20. A cheaper version is the e.l.f version. Not quite as good, but it does the job. I hear NYX makes a good one too (also inexpensive I believe) but I've never tried it.
