I agree with most. Urban Decay! It comes in a pretty small bottle, but it lasts forever because you literally only need a couple drops for each lid. It's the only primer I have used that actually gets rid of the creases and leaves my lids nice and smooth before applying shadow. My shadow stays on all day long.

Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre makes a really good eye primer. It's a multi tasking product. You can use it as a moisturizer, make up remover, after shave, baby care product and many more.

I have experience with a couple in different price ranges. I love Urban Decay for about $20. I love Milani for less than $10 and Avon for around $7. I would recommend trying them and keeping the receipts in case you don't like them.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion is always a great option, it's a classic! If you're looking for something a little more heavy-duty I would recommend Smashbox 24 Hour Photo Finish Shadow Primer! It doesn't budge, even through a workout!

I really like the Bare Minerals Prime Time primer!! It helps with eyeshadow fallout and it doesn't crease. The eyeshadow stays all day and it also enhances the color! It's a really small tube but you really don't need to apply much.
