I just had chili tonight so that brought me a lot of comfort already. I personally love mine with meat. I did try ground turkey this time around and it was absolutely amazing so I would add that into there. I seen someone say that they would add sourdough bread, and that sounds absolutely amazing

my favorite comfort food is a big heart pot of chilli. I use anything from ground beef, ground turkey, or smoked or Italian sausage, all good.

Soup, soup and more soup. My husband and I make large batches of different soups leading up to and through out the winter months. We eat the soup fresh for dinner then freeze in family sized portions to eat when it is extremely cold, illness is running though the household or if we?ve had a long day at work and don?t feel like cooking a full meal. At the moment we currently have four different soups stocked in our freezer. It?s our comfort food to keep us going!
