It's a new year, a time to reflect and make resolutions which will improve our lives in the year head. Did you know that every January, roughly one in three Americans resolve to better themselves in some way? While 75% of people stick to these goals for at least a week, less than half (46%) are on target six months later.

my new years resolution is to workout 4 to 5 times a week. also to only eat out on special occasions.
Keep running! We are adopting 2 little girls so time will be hard to find, but hoping to keep running amidst all the changes 2016 is bringing!
My New Year Fitness Resolution is to keep my fitness momentum (3 to 5 workouts per week, preferably more!) going all through 2016, even during busy season.
