on Oct 05, 2011: I have a bad back and when I need to relax and rest I put some soft music in my CD player and I get my frozen towel that I keep in a plastic bag in the freezer and rest with the icepac on my back on the sofa for 10-15 minutes with the music. It does wonders for my back and my spirit.
