on Oct 15, 2014: I have been on the Paleo diet for a year now so I am looking forward to remaking some of my old favorites by making them Paleo friendly. Pumpkin is so good for you so why spoiled that with tons of sugar and flour!? Going to try the pumpkin bars from the paleo OMG blog. yum!
