Would be so much better with a new interface! I love shopping on Amazon! There are so many different products, so many unique sellers, and Amazon prime makes it easy to find the highest quality products with free shipping. However, I know they make plenty enough money to make a better app, and they should! Their website works fine for the most part, but the mobile app can be difficult or confusing to use, and I've experienced a lot of bugs and glitches! They also make dealing with your account information a bit of a hassle, especially if you are part of a family plan. As a family member with three kids in the house who are listed under the account, it would be cool if you could choose different payment options (the kids each have their own debit cards now) and if you could choose a name to put on the shipping address so that they didn't all come under the adults name so that we knew who's was who's before opening them! Again Amazon is an amazing place to shop, but they just need to work on their interface and accessibility to certain features.

One stop shop Amazon is such a life saver, so often. First off, delivery is always so quick. Sometimes it is same day, often times, next day, worst case, two days. I can find almost anything. The down sides are that I don't love that they monopolize everything, and also it can sometimes be pricier than other places. I do love a one stop shop though, and Amazon is it.

Love / Hate Relationship. I have a love/hate relationship with Amazon. I love the ease or ordering from Amazon, and used to love the fast shipping but now the shipping actually takes longer than ordering from the actual "real" sellers website. Not sure what's up with that. I also used to love how being an Amazon affiliate was easy and the commissions were good, until the pandemic when they lowered commissions. Now, I make pennies and work very hard to make those pennies. Returns are easy and basically they take anything and everything back, no questions asked. The products for the most part are good, unless it's stuff from overseas sellers, then I try to just find USA made stuff. So, all in all, love/hate relationship.

only had 1 bad experience with a driver who leaned a heavy pkg. against my storm door. the door was blocked shut and I couldn't open it ! but over all I have had good deliveries

AWESOME Amazon has been excellent at shipping things in a timely manner and at having a massive array of things to choose from. The only drawback is that when items are late, you have to reach out to them to get any compensation. Otherwise, this is incredible!

I am an amazon addict! I have amazon GC's built up so I browse their site all the time. I did most of my xmas shopping there as well as birthdays and other holidays. I don't know what I'd do without amazon!

I am addicted to amazon! I buy DVDs , CDs books..everything there. I have never had any problems with shipping...always came in a few days and was packaged beautifully! I would recomend this to anyone who wants to do online shopping!!

Amazon is great! I have found it the best place to buy books (including text books) as well as many other things. My husband was looking for a T.v. cable that cost $99 at Bestbuy, we found it for $50 at Walmart....I got it new on Amazon for $13!!! Great deals & super easy to use!

Amazon is the best, I go to Amazon before I go to any other site. Amazon gives you many prices and sites to buy products, either new or used!!! Everytime I have order through Amazon (about 25) I always get my product super fast!! I would recommend to anyone looking to shop online.

Next time try the Better Business Bureau - I had to fill out a complaint for sears and comcast. You may even get your late fee back.

I must agree; I shop on Amazon regularly. Always get what I order for a good deal and in a timely manner! I also like that I can review / read reviews of products on the website.
