Cat in the Hat Simple books for small children. Fun reads. My little one always enjoyed them.

Brings back childhood memories! Just because i'm older doesn't mean I don't love me a Dr Seuss book every once and awhile. I read a lot and my passion for reading started out as a kid, hence why I enjoy this book so much. It never fails to make me giggle like a little 9 year old and take me back to my childhood. This is definitively a book I will be a sharing my kids and hopefully grand kids here in the following years to come. Along with this book, all of Dr Seuss's works have been stunningly brilliant and enjoy them so so much.

Good started book for toddlers. This was one of the first books I bought my son, when he first started out reading. He loved it.

These books are the best to read to my grandkids. They stay focused and entertained.

Childhood Favorite Book Cat in the Hat has always been a favorite of mine. This was the first book I learnt to read on my own with. Great read for young children.

Keeps Children Entertained To be honest, I have never been a big fan of Dr Seuss books except for the Grinch. It weirds me out. However, I have read so many of the books to kids that it make me appreciate them. I think the fact that lessons can be thought within the stories without being so direct caters well to children's minds. Most kids seem to think in many directions and not always in a straight line and this book keeps the children entertained over and over.

Fun book for children Love this book. My dad used to read it to me when I was a child. Very fun and creative story.

The Cat The Cat in the Hat is such a fun book to read over and over again. The pictures are bright and full of color so attractive for the eyes to see. The words are simple yet provide a clear picture of what is going on. Children after having the book read to them several times can recite the book from memory.

This is the original that all the costumes and characters are based on when Dr. Suess is mentioned. I admit, the first time I read this book, like many by Dr. Suess books, I was tongue tied! That is part of the fun. The more my kids requested it however, I started really being able to fly thru it- and they requested it alot. This book is so much fun to read and animate to my children. It also brings about the idea of 'sight words' because the rhyming and repetition. Some of the Dr.'s books are just rhyme, but I enjoy those that do follow a story and make some sense. Awesome fun book that will entertain your children and your tongue for many many years!

I love this book, and so does my son. This is such a good book. I never get tired of reading it and my son never gets tired of hearing it. It's a wholesome, fun, and entertaining book for the entire family.

We just got this for my daughter and she loves it! She tells me that it's going to rain and me & Daddy are going to leave and the Cat in the Hat is going to come to her house :) It's a great bedtime story for her, too, and is just long enough that it has her eyes closed by the end.

I love this book, I am 45 years old and I can never get sick of this book or any of there books. i have a collection of them in my house and when my nieces and nephew come over we read this one and another one. And when they are not there I still read them by myself. You can not get to old for Dr. Suess book. They are a learning experience and the are easy enough for the children to read and learn and enjoy them. Keep up the good work!!!!

This is an all-time classic in my house. I read it to both of my kids at night (they're now almost 17 & 12). I always managed to get tongue-tied, which totally cracked them (and me) up. Cat In The Hat is such a fun book for any age. One of my favorites!!

I am currently 30 yrs old. I remember this book when I was in elementary school. I love Dr. Suess. I have read the books to my nephews growing up and now my niece can experience the whole era. This is definitely a childhood classic.
