My daughter's both enjoy many Dr. Suess books! Cat in the Hat is good, but many others are great. This book has been over publicized and is the cornerstone of the Dr. Suess collection. What about promoting some of the other amazing Dr. Suess books? I have also been less impressed and moved away from this book since the most recent Cat in the Hat movies have come out.

Great rhymes, but I don't like the overall message. Sneak in, lie, cover up? No thank you.

This is a weird book that I do not want to read to my kids. The characters are odd looking and the story is silly. Not my thing at all.

Its a typical Dr Seuss book with lots of rhymes and fun illustrations. However out of all his books I find this one a little bit on the boring side for me. So i find myself not reading it as much to my kids.

I find my daughters love the rhyming of all Dr. Seuss books, but this one keeps them excited and wanting to read more.

A book for children The cat is scary. Why does it ride in a handsmobile? Who are these children? My name is Willomena. The website won't let me stop writing this review but I need to get across that I find that the cat is scary and this is very important. I love this book . My son got this book as a gift and it become his favorite one after . Now i have all Dr. Suess 's book almost all of them . Both of my kids like t read again and again . i love the cat specially .

I love Cat in the Hat it is one of my favorites by Dr. Seuss!!! I love how he wrote the story and took the reader on an unexpected journey. You were always surprised around every corner!!!
