I will be honest, I had read the book first and so many times Hollywood never does the book justice. Not this time!! I LOVED this movie!! They followed the true story in the book! The directing and acting in this film was exceptional! I doubt this film will get the credit it deserves but it should!!

I Loved The Movie Help! It Was Very Touching & Warm Hearted. Even Though The Maids Were Treated Bad , They Still Held Their Heads High. I Can Under Stand The Racism That Existed , I'm Hispanic And Have Been Treated Not So Well By Other races Just Because Of The Color Of My Skin. We Are All Equal , Like Martin Luther King Said : I Have A Dream That We Will All Live In Peace . Awesome Movie ! I Was In Grossed .

One of the best movies of all times!!

The Help absolutely needs to win for Best Adapted Screenplay. The story is one that we all need to hear and feel, and The Help brings it to us on a very personal level. We become friends with the characters, feel their pain and laugh at their amazing personalities. Bravo to The Help!

Loved this movie! What a great story, and a way to open peoples minds

Absolutely great movie

Great heartwarming movie that depicts the struggles and tribulations of African American help and how greatful we should be for the great care and consideration they provided to many families. A true american classic

I loved it!! it made me laugh, it made me cry and it reminded me of a time when people weren't treated as equals. Highly recommend it.

I read the book by Kathryn Stockett before I was aware that it was being made into a movie. I was very excited for the movie version to come out - the casting was excellent, and the trailers looked very good. I liked the movie a great deal, BUT... I did not feel that it lived up to the emotional intensity of the book. You can't fit book into a 2 hour movie - something always suffers. I thought the screenplay was worthy, the actors were all superb, yet I just did not have that powerful feel for what those women went through that came through in the book. Again - it was a very, very well done movie, but if you haven't already - read the book.

This movie is really good I still feel we can relate in our time to how people treat others in this movie, i see it in our generation just different. It is such a moving movie !

I loved this movie! Now I want to read the book.

This is a movie that I will watch over and over again!! I grew up in the 60's in New England it was a different world than the South back then. This movie is almost like a history lesson. % stars all the way! I hope the walk away with lots of Oscars!

great movie! had the right balance of everything so it wouldnt be awkward or have those moments of wow really?! the best movie

this was a great movie really inlighted me as to how black people were treated, like 2nd class citizens, i knew they were treated badly but to see it and there side of it was even better and it never should have been that way in the first place. im from mi.., but live in the south now , and the older generation is still like this and this only teaches our young people to be this way.. i think the younger at least teens should watch this move.. but then everyone has there opinion which they are entitled to, and thats ok too. my husband liked this movie too we bought it and i will watch it over and over and they all need to win an oscar because it took them all to make it great... it also shows how these group of people treated the ones badly if they didnt fit "in" kinda like being a bulley.. if you stick together you can do!!!! this movie belongs with the list of great all time movies...

Such a good movie, holds your intest through the entire thing. Great cast members and an aewsome storyline!
